Reservations
Guests can make their reservations online, by phone, by e-mail or fax. For online reservations you need to pay the 30% deposit by credit card through the PayPal system; while the difference will be regularized directly at the hotel. In case of cancellation penalties will be applied as per our cancellation policy below.
The information submitted online is legally binding.
Advances
For all reservations you must pay a deposit of 30% of the total holiday price. This is to be paid at the time of online reservation within 7 days of receiving the booking confirmation, or in the case of short-term bookings up to 3 days before arrival. Any costs for the bank transfer are paid by the sender.
Payment
All hotel services are to be paid in cash upon arrival, with debit or credit card (VISA or Mastercard or American Express).
Reservations cancellation
The terms for cancellation by individual guests are based on the present legal regulations.
- for cancellations received up to 7 days before arrival: a penalty equal to the advance payment will be charged;
- for cancellations received from 7 to 3 days before arrival: a penalty equal to 50% of the total stay will be charged;
- for cancellations received from 3 to 1 day before arrival:a penalty equal to 75% of the total stay will be charged;
- for cancellations received from 1 to 0 day before arrival: a penalty equal to 100% of the total stay will be charged;

In-house regulations
Our internal regulations form part of the general conditions. In case of non-compliance the Astro Suite Hotel has the right to cancel the booking contract. For any services not received, for this reason, the above-mentioned cancellation terms are applicable.
Legal Liability / Deposit
Anyone causing damage to the building or inventory will be held legally responsible according to the present regulations (this is especially true for group leaders and organizers). Theft and intentional damage will be immediately reported. At the time of departure of groups, personnel from the structure will inspect all the rooms. The costs for the replacement of any damage or loss of keys will be charged and have to be paid on departure. Astro Suite Hotel reserves the right to apply to individual guests, and particularly to travel groups, a deposit of € 50.00 per person. This is to be paid, on request, immediately, and in cash. The deposit is returned upon departure, with the deduction of any eventual costs for damages. Astro Suite Hotel has no legal liability for luggage stored in the luggage room or for vehicles or bicycles parked on the property of the Astro Suite Hotel.
Night silence
From 22:00 hours noise should be kept to a minimum in all rooms. Please be silent even in the corridors and stairways.
Smoking ban
The ban on smoking is be respected in guest rooms and in the hallways. Failure to comply with one or more of the above rules, the Astro Suite Hotel has the right to terminate at any time and immediately the rental contract. The guest is obliged to pay the stay for the entire period booked.
Escape routes / Safety exits
All rooms have specific plans, indicating escape routes and how to behave in case of fire.
