Bookings
Guests can make their reservations online, by phone, by mail or fax. When you book online you must pay the 30% deposit by credit card through the PayPal system, the remaining amount must be paid upon arrival. The information submitted online are binding in legal terms.

Payment
All services of the Hotel are to be paid in cash upon arrival, with debit or credit cards accepted (VISA or Master). Astro Suite Hotel. Travel also accepts checks issued in EUR. Additional costs are borne by the paying customer.

Advances
For all bookings must be paid on our bank account or through other forms specified by our staff in advance of 30% on the price. It must be paid to on-line booking or within 7 days after receiving the confirmation, in case of short-term bookings up to 3 days before arrival. Any costs for the transfer shall be borne by the sender.

Cancellations

The rules for cancellations by individual guests is based on legal regulations in force. Reservations made online may be canceled in writing within 24 hours.

Groups have to tell the Astro Suite Hotel. the final number of guests within 1 week before arrival. The reservations of a number of guests of up to 10% of the guests originally planned may be revoked, at no additional cost, within 1 week before arrival. For the rest the following penalties apply for cancellation: 25% of the price for the stay in case of cancellation less than three months prior to arrival: 50% of that price if you cancel less than 1 month after arrival , 90% of that price if you cancel less than 7 days. arrival, with the addition of 50% of the price for meals. Groups of youth / school groups

Legal Liability / Deposit

Silence of the night
From 22.00 in every room is moderate sound volume. In multiple rooms, at the request of even one guest, the lights go off and should be kept quiet. Please be silent in the corridors and stairways.

Damage, daub, loss of keys
